Self-funded students

This section provides detailed information for students interested in joining the HySET EMJM funding their studies independently (self-paying students).

Tuition Fees

Details of tuition fees are as follows:

• European students → 4.500 € per year (9.000 € in total)
• Non-European students →  9.000 € per year (18.000 € in total)

Tuition fees only cover administrative fees and the academic costs of the programme. More specifically, tuition fees include:

• Access to all lectures, academic activities of the master and academic materials
• Career support services
• Access to campus facilities and digital platform
• Academic tutoring and mentoring
• Thesis opportunities in companies or research labs
• Supervision for thesis/project work
• International student support

 They do NOT include: 

• costs for living and housing 
• travel to the first-year university and second year university

Costs covered by the institution funds

The HySET master will cover 

• costs for Seasonal Schools - accomodation and  travelling over 150 km 
• other additional initiatives part of the master's program
• health and accident insurance 

Costs to be covered by the student

Self-paying students are responsible for covering: 

• VISA and residence permited-related expenses
• accommodation 
• travel costs to the first-year university and second year university
• DOV/CIMEA certificates

Payment Information

Tuition fees can be paid in full before enrolling in studies or can be paid in instalments to the coordinating institution (Politecnico di Torino). Details regarding the payment method and deadlines will be provided at a later stage.

We strongly recommend planning your budget in advance, cheking living costs of the preferred destinations and ensuring you meet any financial proof requirements for visa applications.
