You will be able to choose your prefered entry point between Politecnico di Torino and Politecnico di Milano during the application stage. When allocating the university for the first year, the Admission Board takes into consideration the preferences expressed by applicants. At the same time, the Board aims to ensure a balanced distribution of students between the two partner universities. If you are selected, your first year university destination will be clearly reported in the acceptance letter.  

You can find the list of countries where English is spoken that we consider for an exemption from the English language certificate requirement here . In addition to being from one of the countries on the list, applicants must have completed their exams and coursework in English. A Medium of Instruction (MOI) Certificate can be submitted to support your application and confirm that your previous studies were conducted in English.

Yes. Holding a Master’s degree does not exclude you from being considered for admission. Your Master’s degree may be taken into consideration as part of your application, provided that it is in one of the disciplines in which the programme requires an academic background.

All applicants follow the same application and selection process and are automatically considered for a scholarship. During the application process, applicants can also indicate their interest in being considered for a self-funded position. Self-funded positions may be offered to applicants placed on the waiting list, as well as to applicants who have achieved a good score but have not been awarded a scholarship due to the limited number of scholarships available.

Each year the number of students admitted into the program changes slighly.

The results of the admission process will be published in January/February. Applicants will receive an official e-mail with the status of their application. In addition, the list of the admitted and not admitted applicants, together with the waiting list will be published on the website for consultation. Our team works very hard to ensure that results are published within the indicated date; however, sometimes delays are possible.

If you are selected for the Program, you'll be given 10 days' time to officialy accept or decline the offer by answering to the official e-mail received from the HySET team.

Following your acceptance, you'll receive an email with indications and guidance for the next steps preapring your arrival in the first year institution. 

The scholarship is paid at the end of each month.
